Three Changes
This film installation was made in the 5th Avenue space in San Diego.
There are three sections.
The first scene was filmed in black and white negative. A plastic curtain across the room is lit from the front. The lights are turned off.
The second scene is in positive black and white. The room is lit from behind the plastic curtain. The curtain is removed.
The third scene is in positive color. The static scene dissolves to solid blue .
Each scene is one minute in length.
